Until Aug 6th I can ship only from USA to USA, afterwards it's from EU to worldwide. Prior to delid both chips ran 5.3 R15 1.296-1.328V on water-cooling. Both chips have no CB, handling is easy. They were tested on LN2 one session each at live event in PA by me, results were done quickly without hours of tweaking - as always YMMV, but reproducing results should be no big deal.
