This chip is really good on core and uncore,cannot wait to see it on ss. 

To answer your question,+275 from bios ,which is a little over 1.4v.

As freq it makes 5 ghz cb15 at 1.5v and spi32 much lower than that. At 1.35v reaches 95+ degrees on all cores on AIO.,very hot .
