Board comes with invoice, box and accessories. Neither CPU nor board have ever been on cold, ambient only. I delidded the CPU with liquid metal TIM and resealed with high temperature silicone. At 20.7C water it can do 5.5 R15 1.385V (BIOS setting 1.430V LLC6). On memory side I managed 4900C14 with A2 and 4220C12 with A0/1 testing with Geekbench 3 all ambient.
