Sorry, I tried to pm you as per Hwbot help, but cannot sent a pm to you

I'm having difficulty with Hwbot accepting my password change.  Everytime I want to do something on Hwbot to log in I have to retrieve password and upon doing so I get a temp password and I am asked to enter account and change my password, which I do, but the password is never kept.

I'll be honest, I may be doing something wrong, but can you check for me please.  username in Hwbot is also VPII.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry it is me again.  At present I am talking about Hwbot where I submit results, not the forum.  I have not had a password for Hwbot since a long time ago and I usually just request a new password on the site.  I did try to change my password, but it did not keep my changed password.  My user name is the same as here as well as my email used.  At present I cannot request a new password as Hwbot state as per attached.

Hey all

Its been a while since I've used HWbot, but I really wanted to get back into it, and this is more than a password change, but i do not know where to ask this.

My issue is i appear to have two accounts. When I logged back into my account it was it was only showing a few submissions from 2008, while my fully loaded account was started in 2018.

I could have made an account back then but for the life of me i can't remember making it, just the 2018 account which should be linked to the same email

These are the accounts in question, first one is my "main" account i can't access, the other is what my account user

The url is slightly different, I did try resetting with the name _bassjunkie, but that doesn't exist when doing so, and tbh I wouldn't have made an account starting with that. I've check my other 2 email address which are not associated with these hwbot accounts.

What can I do? I have a lot of submissions I don't want to lose, and if I reuploaded all my 3dmark scores, will they still count if they have been uploaded by my other account? I assume I won't get any points for that.

I moved your subs from the 2008 account to the 2018 one...  the old 2008 account is deleted now

Tim will take care of further merging ( hwbot vs Forum )
