Question on core clock offset for nVidia GPUs

I notice that my 2080 Ti's clockspeeds will fluctuate in 21MHz only. No matter what temperature, voltage, or GPU load, the core clock always changes in 21MHz increments.

Does this mean that if I am applying an offset OC to the core clock, there's no point in going in +/- 1MHz, I should just decrease the offset by 21MHz until I am stable? Would sure save a ton of time when finding the optimized OC.https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/  https://jpgtopdf.onl/

Normally the GPUs are programmed with a stepping table that can be 3, 5, 10, 15 or why not 21 Mhz. If you run the GPU optimizer software you would also notice it not increasing in 1 Mhz steps but in steps as they are programmed in the GPU Bios/firmware table. The easiest way to check it is starting up GPUz in the sensor tab and see what the GPU is really doing.
