HwBot Prime screenshot cropped!

Featured Replies

Clicking on the button "Analyze on HWBOT" I obtain a cropped screenshot loaded on HWBOT. The resolution of my screen is 4k, maybe is that the problem?

Thanks in advance!

If I take a screenshot with HWBOT prime at 4K, my datafile is over 8MB large, which is refused by HWBOT. Workaround is too lower the resolution to 1080P, save it and submit straight via the site.

I already tried this but the screenshot is cropped anyway. I can't see the Windows status bar...that's strange!

Iirc has to do with how nvidia drivers work. Other benches like x265 had the same issue.

Finally I realized that it was a problem with resolution and font size scaling. Selecting 1920x1080 and 100% seem to produce correct screenshots. Thanks to all!
