This error means the screenshots you are using are too large in total size which is capped at 4MB. MaddMutt Posted August 14, 2023 Share Posted August 14, 2023 If it's the pictures of the computer - I take them with a Camera (5mb) and then open Paint (win 7) to resize and save as a .jpg file for the submission size.
