problem with submission

Hi!

I have problem with submission, i cant upload data file to site for submission Aquamark.

Are you trying to upload screenshots and system pictures as well? This error means the screenshots you are using are too large in total size which is capped at 4MB. A solution is too resize the screenshot and/or save it as a JPG.

Yes it was over than 4MB. now I can submission it. thank you!

Is there something I need to change? I'm using snapshot to take the pictures. Is there another screen capture program that you guys recommend?

If it's the pictures of the computer - I take them with a Camera (5mb) and then open Paint (win 7) to resize and save as a .jpg file for the submission size. If it's a picture of the submission/screen shot - I use Snapshot to save as .png file straight to the desktop/thumb drive.
