I wanted to validate and submit my first OC result: https://valid.x86.fr/a933wf

But when I tried to register an account at the CPUID CPU-Z Validator, it wouldn't send me a verification mail.

No error message, but the mail never came, ofc I checked spam folder etc. too.

I waited some hours, still nothing, then tried two other mail providers (GMX, Web.de, gmail)

Now a whole day later, still no mail to be found.

This is bad, I was so proud of my very first good OC result and wanted to participate here.

Does anyone have an idea what the reason for this is, or even how to get my result linked to my account anyway?

I reported this a long time ago  to the CPUID team... seems it is still not fixed...

So basically I can not earn any points here?

you do not need an email linked to your CPUz valid (it doesn't show up anyways), just enter right username every time while uploading validation file.
