LOL I see a lot of auctions where BIN is £1 higher than the starting bid. Hmmmmm... should I bid, and hope that in 7 days, no-one outbids me, or do I hit BIN.... decisions decisions.....

 

Maybe it is reverse psychology? Make people think "i'll just save all that time and maybe money... i'll just BIN"
