Asus X670 Extreme no boot at all, stuck on code 00

Hey guys I have a new build with a 7600X, Gskill Trident 5 32GB DDR5 and the Asus X670E Extreme board and I cant get it to boot, just shows code 00 on the LED and the Oled shows 00 Memory

I have tried everything including single RAM stick on multiple slots, reseating everything, BIOS flashback to latest bios, nothing helps, do you think its a memory problem, a cpu problem or a problem with this board?

Did you tried to power it on without having the memory installed ?

check what code it displays ?

Usually, 00 is dead cpu.

00 is indeed usually a dead CPU. Does it show anything before going to 00 or just immediately ?

Maybe it's a good idea to check for bent pins or anything else unusual

I solved the problem by changing the motherboard. It was defective from the factory
