Hi guys

this afternoon i've tryed to put my notebook in the fridge fort get the lowest temperature possibile :D

 

I've put it in the fridge for 1 minute, then i've turned on it and i've launched core temp :D

 

Et voilà....

Carefull of condensation inside the notebook after taking it out the fridge!!! :D

Run an external display from the fridge with a usb keyboard/mouse and get them benches going! ;)

Christian, our teammates benched using winter air (about -30) pushed through an air conditioner :D

Extreme air cooling hahaha.... I'm happy to see that other guys have done it :D

This winter I'll bench with low external temperatures :D

btw does heatpipe coolers are still effective with subzero air ?

Nope. Depends on cooler vendor - bad ones frost at zero. Good go to -15-20. So best will be Zalman 7700 :)

 

i don't think -50°C are easily possible @ winter air in germany.
Yeah. But I've said in the air, not air ;)

-50 on the CPU on air ain't easily possible in Russia too. But -50 in the air... :D
