ECC with RTX 4080 Founders Edition not shown in NVIDIA CP and 3DMARK validations how can i bench as rules says to enable ECC

Guys, i need some help here, got a new RTX 4080 FE that clocks great on AIR but i don't see ECC in NVIDIA CPL, reinstalled drivers, windows and same, i also checked my 3DMARK Port Royal Validation and it's the same as the guys benching all RTX 4080 it doesn't say ECC like my RTX 4090...

@andressergio I had an Asus RTX 4090 TUF OC that I couldn't enable ECC on and it ended up needing a vbios update to fix the issue.

But if the boss says no need, then no need
