I think Core #3 (module #2) did not like 2.0V

What voltage were you booting at? I saw in XS similar thing, that booting at 1.95V killed the chip.

Booting at 2.0V and 7.7 GHz Core #1 and #2, 31x250

somebody from amd said to me, 8 ghz+ are no problem for nearly each sample of bulldozer. is that true? i can´t belive that. how many samples did you try? did you realy need just one sample to reach that result? ore did you test many samples before and just picked the best one out?

We tried only one sample, module #4 did 7.99 Ghz, module #1 did 8.15 GHz and we wanted to try module #2 but the chip died

whats about the others? is it true, that it is possible with each bulldozer to break the 8 ghz wall? or do i need to buy many samples to find one, thats able to?

The pot was always full of LN2, so guess what the temps were

 

if its not insulated well you could lose 10c, also some designs do no let temps to go colder than 190c.

The temp probe at outside base of the pot was showing -179°C
