dejo1 Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 Report bugs here. I am having an issue with sending through the wrapper. I get a shell error. I have tried both single and dual gpu submissions with 5670 ati cards and get the same error.
dejo1 Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 submission does work with win7 will have to get back to xp to get a ss of the orror
dejo1 Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 the error says "shellExecute returned 31, get last error (): 1155 that is in xp home 32bit with 2-5670's in xfire
dejo1 Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 is this wrapper a joke? it takes about 30 of having your mouse locked up and then errors on the submission. Was this tested before it was made a requirement to submit? I hate sounding like a turd, but with hardware cooking and adding these latencies is absurd. I like the idea of wrappers and true submissions again, they just need to be a little more "in the background" than this.
Massman Posted January 8, 2012 Author Posted January 8, 2012 Yes, we tested on XP, Vista and 7. We also had betas spread for testing. Did you install FW4.0 and applied der8auer's fix?
dejo1 Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 I do have .net 4.0 installed not sure what the patch is. I have the submission but when I go to upload it, it aborts itself (pun intended as well). where do I find that patch
Massman Posted January 8, 2012 Author Posted January 8, 2012 So, I assume this is a problem when submitting online directly from the application? Or is it a problem submitting a saved file?
Massman Posted January 8, 2012 Author Posted January 8, 2012 You are using the 1.0.3, right? When did you download it? Yesterday? Or a couple of days ago?
Crantana Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Well, be having this issue for a few days. When running 2x or 3x sli, I get a weird, artifact-like horizontal black lines. AM3 work fine, but as soon as its ran through the front end, I get the artifacts. Tried XP, W7 x86, x64......all the same, even at stock gpu. It will pass the bench, but It's costing me ~20k points. Anyone else with this issue???
dejo1 Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 I dl'ed yesterday. and I get no artifacts even when in xfire with 2 ati cards
Crantana Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 I dl'ed yesterday. and I get no artifacts even when in xfire with 2 ati cards I was using nvidia......I guess I'll dl again .....
Massman Posted January 8, 2012 Author Posted January 8, 2012 I don't understand how this wrapper would affect Aquamark3 stability with artifacts. The wrapper doesn't change anything to the benchmark. It just grabs the numbers when the bench finishes.

It just grabs the numbers when the bench finishes. Its not really artifacts.....just lots of thick, flickering black lines.....deos it stock, on 2x gtx260, 2x gtx 280s, and 3x gtx280s......works fine without front end....has nothing to do with stablity
Massman Posted January 14, 2012 Author Posted January 14, 2012 Fyi, the switched CPU/GPU score is just a GUI issue. In the database everything is stored correctly.
phil Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 I can't submit a saved result. It accepts the file and after filing the rest of the form and pressing the submit button,I get the oops screen with the drunk robot
phil Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Is there any other way I can submit this score or I will have to run it again? I also have the saved result.
Massman Posted January 15, 2012 Author Posted January 15, 2012 Can you mail me the file to pieter[TA]hwbot[TOD]org ?
