That's not the official GPU-Z. The official GPU-Z can be download here: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/

 

Not sure what this "xGPU-Z" is, but it's in the same class as "E-leet" and other 3rd-party tools. Not allowed ...

This is my bench rig, when I try to open GPU-Z my system freezes.....

Thought this was a known issue????
