HobieCat
That's an interesting way to get 10 cores. I'm just curious, why does cpu-z show it as two E5620's? Is it just messing up because of the weird cpu combo?
SteveRo
^^ look in the cpuz "specification" line

SteveRo
^^ could we get away with just one cpu category - something like maybe: sr-2 "Mutt" ?? :)
Hondacity
you'll be fun to catch up to stevero awesome runs
S_A_V
Nice find Steve  I cry as a staff member ... No need to add some special CPU categories. Add one check in result submit code: if multi-socket board specified then show extra CPU fields (CPU2, CPU3, CPU4 - based on which board specified). Then result goes for best CPU category like when mixed VGA used (based on which CPU specified in CPU1 field).
SteveRo
^^ does the bot s/w know it's 10x cpu though?
TaPaKaH
I'll laugh if the same is possible with 4+ socket server boards meaning you can have 7/9/11/13/14/15/17/18/etc cores for wprime
SteveRo
^^ yes but their won't be much incentive to make the runs if they are only worth 10 points each
