If I post result 3 hours before competition ends (MOA), and result not update in 3 hours, it will be valid?...(what is important...to be posted or updated by hwbot?)

Fixed too.

 

If the score is submitted on hwbot, but for some reason not linked to the competition, I will link it to the competition manually and it will be valid.

 

I'd recommend not waiting until the last second, though ...
