Frequency was reading very stable, I bet it would have

Or at least with the red X...but we count those too

 

6.7 @ 1.3v on Bloomfield sounds legit

Yeah seems to happen often with CPU-Z 1.62 right after running it but you can't validate , you can only screen it if you fast
