Hi guys, Just a friendly reminder, all 3DMark HOF scores require a published link. Scores in the HOF missing the compare URL will be blocked, unless previously verified by a moderator. If you we're not able to publish a result at the time you submitted to hwbot (FM blackout), please try to publish the link again so your scores may be verified. Thanks, maxi
-
You are correct, sorry I missed that before Thanks, we are looking into this. I don't understand what your asking us for, can someone help you clarify? 1 & 2 fixed, #3 too old to block, already moderator verified & it's sascha. Fixed.

Fixed. #1 fixed, #2 was previously validated by a moderator, #3 nothing wrong with this. Bug, we're working on it No these are fine bwana, please look before reporting. Fixed Actually there is a bug somewhere, I can't fix it either. We're looking at this. Thanks for reporting everyone

Need explanation about a result approved.
Maxi replied to |ron's topic in Submission & member moderation
Ron, Yes the ORB is the way to go. There is too much fluctuation in what people put, think they need to put, and what they finally end up with in screen shots. ORB compares generally give us the information we need to make a good comparison but as you know even the ORB is not perfect. Missing card clocks or incorrectly detected CPU clocks cause problems of their own so the best solutiuon is to use both. Remember that hwbot is a user driven database. Each result is not looked at by human eyes as it is submitted therfore we rely on user scrutiny to alert us to potential problems. If you see something you believe is out of the ordinary, report it and a moderator will review it when time allows. As it is now with the example you gave above, hwbot will not block this result. If this score we're in the HOF it is a differnt story, there every score must have an ORB compare where applicable. -
It's OK now potapicus, you can relax
-
Sorry potapicus, there appears to be a glitch happening here. It will take some research to find out why this is happening, the edit's do not take. maxi

Thanks you for the image dami1. The problem is the results feature the exact same format screen shot - apparently done by the same person. Having the processors is helpful but does not show the user(s) in question actually did the benching alone. The results we're also submitted on the same day. It seems rather clear they we're done during a team bench session and in that case the results should not be posted to individual user accounts, instead they should be posted under the jmax_oc Team account only. If you have any further information about this we are happy to take another look maxi

There's no need to yell, I left these for a reason They are correct now.

Hi Jaan, Your score is not in the top 20 (front page), and is currently the 6th ranked QX6950 in wPrime 32M. You already have a faster 32M in this bench, therfore you can only earn hardware points. Your fixed as well Hak Foo

No "block result" option for team moderators?
Maxi replied to JMKS's topic in Submission & member moderation
And you had this option (as a Team moderator) before the upgrade? I wasn't aware of that. I'll ask Rich. -
No "block result" option for team moderators?
Maxi replied to JMKS's topic in Submission & member moderation
In fact 'Block Result' is no longer there, there are more options available now (that achieve the same result) as you see here. Basically 'Delete' has been replaced with 'Block' as the result will remain in the database. -

It's there, you've just missed it. Click the bell to see the advanced moderation features. -
TASOS fixed Actually it is more likely that FM is wrong about the CPU (first link). The other has been fixed.
-
Hi MaSell, Unfortunately while it does look suspicious, we cannot say for sure this has happened. Hang in there guys we're doing our best to look at everything. maxi Done

There's some great competition in the X1900 XTX catagory and right now your scores are not high enough to earn points. Keep going, H2O or a better CPU would help you get into the points with that card.

fixing "insufficient verification for rankings"
Maxi replied to K404's topic in Submission & member moderation
OK you're back in business K404 It's true, it is a bit of a pain if you are not a pro user and submit to hwbot with more than one kind of hardware, personally I just buy the license and forget it. -

Post the link to the result in question and we'll take a look. All scores require either an ORB link or screen shot for verification. If you have to unpublish a result to have another slot for publishing a new score, when the existing score looses it's verification (if using an ORB compare only) then yes it will be blocked when someone reports it. You options are to go professional, create another free user account @ FM or use the old version for screen shots.
