I have the AM2NF3-VSTA with a Phenom II X4 970 @ 4ghz on air, 4.3 on phase and I don't recommend it for AGP benching because my 4CoreDual-VSTA would get better results at much lower clocks. The 970 @ 4.3 versus my QX6700 @ 3.1ghz on phase, the 775 rig got better results every time even though the clock speed was so much lower. The AM2NF3-VSTA is almost worthless IMHO. The 4CoreDual came to me warped pretty bad though and didn't last long. I'm going to get another one at some point, but I don't have much to bench at the moment, so I don't have a good reason to get one just now.

I use a Zotac NM-10 ITX board with a D510. The settings are in the bios to adjust memory speed and timings, but the board won't set them and uses SPD settings instead. And the board will only overclock from 1.66ghz to 1.71ghz.

compare the FSB support of your motherboard and compare it to the FSB of the processor. In some cases, boards that don't officially support the fsb of one processor will still run that processor, but at a lower speed.

what kind of voltage were you getting? I top out at 1.8v with a VID pin mod

This made me laugh. I'd be up for the 370 section. It will FORCE me to pull out my BP6 and figure out how the hell to install a dang os on it.

Unfortunately, no. They only do 152mhz @ 2-2-2-5 and 154mhz @ 2-2-2-7, but 3-2-2-7 will hit 163mhz for some runs. I've benched so much with these sticks it's crazy. The infineons do best at 1:1 at up to 174mhz 1:1, but I just found out today that if I set the divider, the board walls at 205 on the bus, but the crucials will go further.

if you just installed the os you have to run ie at least once to get it to do the initial setup. it doesnt matter if you set it to default or not. pcmark will open ie anyway.

Thanks man. I've gone through two of these pci sata cards, and they both can't handle more than 37mhz on the pci bus.
