    Installed MEI will try reinstalling .net 3.5 lol damn

     

    EDIT: yes installed 3.5 and 4.0 and still getting this issue on both XP and win7 Install...this is using version off the disk, will check if the download section is newer version...

    well got a call today, they said that this is the wrong processor xD WTF? They said this is the Cross ship RMA chip, and not the standard RMA chip....(not true be whatever) but they already received the cross ship chip back and that RMA was accepted and closed but now they are saying that they cant RMA this one because its not the standard RMA chip.....They are asking me to provide them the UPS tracking number that they sent with the Cross Ship RMA chip which I didnt write down, how do they not keep track of that themselves? They must be able to look it up by my last name or address....so thats where we are now....RMA hell

    Do u all know that Mr Lamm and Mr MAD222 have 2 identicals Cpu's for fact?? have u ever seen them with your own eyes operating 2 setups with same ghz and voltage? can u present the proof for those CPU's and not from Mr Der8auer?? why do u taking Mr Der8auer as a proof of existance???

     

    For me the only Fact that i could understand and say nothing about it.. is 2 mobos with those cpu's on benching at the same time and proof them selfs.

     

    have you ever seen them using the same setup and sharing results with your own eyes for fact? no you havent. If you want to see them bench side by side at the same time how can you tell still? what if a chip has degraded, or a motherboard "isnt working right" the excuses are endless....you cant catch a cheater on hwbot unless they are very dumb. that is the problem.

    Anyone tested the 1.4b6 with a 3960X C2 instead of a 3930K C2?

     

    Are you using 3960? and not having any issues?

     

    When I try to up clocks in control center like you suggested, its tells me I need to restart before the settings will take effect...even with change multi enabled in OS setting...

    XMP enabled or not?

    Direct OC button enabled or not?

     

    Testing the MOA combo now, not being able to replicate the specific issues (can replicate others). Running mem over 2400 too.

     

    Tried both ways, tried all 3 bios chips. Cant really be acceptable to change everything in the OS can it? xD

    It's funny how everyone commenting here refuses to mention the motivation behind posting a 4.44min score instead of his own 4.45min. I know the answer: it would ruin most of the logic people try to use here - there is NOTHING to gain. If you effectively have NO gain, and only a long ban to look forward to, why on earth do it? It makes sense if you want a 1st global result, and you're currently 10th, but I don't know if JL even gained a single spot in the ranking at that time. Probably not, given the time difference between his run, and the one originally .

     

    Maybe he figured people would use logic such as yourself in his own defense if there is a problem. Also at the top you don't always post scores for a gain in points but for protection of your points. Lastly I think it's part of Asian culture that 2nd is the first loser and being far from the best time by even one second looks bad on you.
