Nice result, what BIOS do you use? I have some attempt at 1778 MHz on AIR with B03 BIOS and reatil i5-4670K. But there is no option to adjust timings to CLX-31-31 (only CLX-14-14 or leave it to auto - but its quite tricky). I try X04 and X05 BIOS but its optimised for Samsungs and PCSs it seems cause I can hit only 3 GHz on memory.

It was written in submission... about -135-140 °C CB (measured on POT)... -125-130 °C benchable... on AIR it was average piece - 4,8 GHz rock stable, 5 GHz SuperPi 32M with 1,55 V! - so very bad chip on air... Try to adjust VCCIN to 2,5 V, Vcore to 1,7-1,9 V and Ring V to 1,5 and it will be fine i think. Im my opinion - average batch, but I get most from it! Especially wPrime runs – 1024M on 5,9 GHz :-), 6,1 GHz SuperPi 1M, 6300 MHz validation (cause XPOWER dont have LN2 mod).

This board seems very strong in BCLK clocking even on AIR! :-)

WR using bad CPU, single channel DDR3 and bloated Windows x64? Why not :-)

[GIGABYTE-Z77] DDR Issue report
Bios F5o has some real improvements. I can post and boot with 2800 devider with G.Skill TridentX 2666C11 (Hynix) 2 × 4 GB kit. I was impossible on air cooling before. But it would need some additional tweaking cause SuperPi 32M show some arrors instead of 1,84 V on DDR3 (1,05 V IMC). Still, first time I run this stick with 2800 MHz devider on air...

Ivy Bridge LGA1155 Z77 BIOS, facts, stats and list of mainboards
Tried F5n on UP7 and result? After several basic adjustements I get boot lopp (on post display repeating number 15). And other thing, font in BIOS was awful. So I dont recommend it...

LN2 BIOS neeeded for Z77X-UP7. Can somebody share? Thanks a lot!

Ivy Bridge LGA1155 Z77 BIOS, facts, stats and list of mainboards
BIOS F5 for Z77X-UP7 have strange bug. In some state BCLK option from BIOS dissapear and there is no way to change BCLK on XP and BCLK and multi on Windows 7. If i reset settings BCLK option appears in BIOS and overclocking in Windows works like a charm. I get back to F5F and F4 for backups – no strange behaviour at all.
