Nah mount was perfect.. just no more ln2.. so I couldn't hold temps lower.. didn't want to risk running the chip too warm.. too good of a chip.. tgis chip will do at least 6.4 3d.. so I am expecting the same in cinebench.. we will see....

Yep.. pretty positive. . Used the same chip on the asrock board and I get the -132 cb. I have another good chip now and will be benching that very soon.

lol very true.. chip was a 6.3 ghz pifast chip.. 5.9 cinebench ht chip... problem... it died 2 days ago I have tested 2 chips since.. 1st cb at -132, 2nd cb -139.... 1st chip hard limit at 6ghz 4 core.. 5.6ghz hard limit ht on.. 2nd chip hard limit at 6.1ghz 4 core.. 5.7ghz hard limit ht on.. Both chips are same batch and 2 core there was no difference then 2 core. 1 more of this batch to test.. 2 other batches to test...

Going to be interesting to see when the msi lightning version comes out...

Looking at te 290x, the controller is ir3567b. Which pins are sda and scl? The datasheet doesnt have those specific pins.. Are there other names for it?
