  1. Indeed a good point mista Sofos... and like stated before thanks to Gigabyte and HWBOT for hosting it
  2. I would also vote for one submission per member... bit weird that you can resubmit the same score over and over again... think there are some lessons learned for this type of competition... I would have loved to see it another format, post the background with target score. From that moment the OCers have 12 hours to post the best or matching score... Anyway at the next OC event drinks are on Christian and Marine :woot: Fun competition Gigabyte, no high end hardware needed. It takes some time and patience to get there
  3. I had six Instances of HWbot prime open, pressed them one by one... worked fine after an hour and a half I had the score... I got no idea how Trouffman could set such a crap score at stock speeds:p
  4. I did around 50 runs this nite, had to seriously downclock lol to 2230Mhz
  5. What a nitemare today is turning into after getting the below message You are currently ranked 31st. Your best is 2967.55 pps. To improve your ranking, try to beat SoF's score of 2967.55 pps.
  6. Darn Ian you lost a channel there, at these speeds +79K CPU test would have meant an even better score man... nice benching, One word: raggelicious
  7. He told no Coldbug nor ColdBootBug so I assume as many Ivy Bridges at full pot than
  8. Indeed the concept is to beat the slow Pentium score, if you can do with an i7 5960X that's fine... only hardware limitation on Stage 1 was a GB board When will the background of Stage 2 be available?

    [Feeler ] 5820k

if you grab a binned 4930K it will not be slower than a 5820K... most 5820K don't even reach 5.5 Vantage... DDR4 won't make up for the 400-600Mhz a good 4930K will offer...
