  1. Nice! have you ever tested how much max. FSB the board does when the CPU is cold?
  2. Thanks. The modification with the deliding, polishing the HS and the application of new thermal paste raised the results from a maximum of 661 MHz to a maximum of 671 MHz FSB@Water
  3. Wow nice! thanks for the pictures looks great
  4. Nice polishing job! At first I throught you had a spider sitting on the CPU. LoL
  5. Nice! But...Shouldn't the cooling for the motherboard be set to "water"? I see water blocks on there ?

  7. Nice CPU! congrats ? It was really a great weekend
  8. 1.7vcore @Air Ok...... :-O meltdown incoming!
  9. Ok guys, I`ve now tried something around. With Yorkfield CPUs (Q9650/Q9550 etc) the option does not appear in the Bios when pressing ctrl+F1. With Kentfield CPUs (Q6700/Q6600) the option appears in the Bios, but it does NOT disable any cores. With socket 771 dual core server CPUs (like Xeon 5150) the Bios option appears and cores can also switched off!
  10. Hey! it's not allowed to beat my scores!! :-D Nice CPU and good work Obi congrats!
