I don't know exact behavior with Corsair SPD, but max HTT is usually better if you flash your mems with SPD from some TeamGroup or Crucial modules
single/dual channel doesn't have any affect on efficency, you're losing more because of Vista - try WinXP with Luna theme with VGA drivers

it won't gain much, my Thoroughbreds yielded only 100-150MHz going from -100 to -180My best XP1700+ does 3.3GHz under cascade and 264MHz FSB. Perhaps I'll give it a go some day with LN2. -

I think it was a bad mount because after 10-15mins with no powerdowns I lost lots of MHz, had to wait 2-3 minutes for it to cool down, then turn onFantastic result! mods - no, you don't need them. tricks - yes, you need to heat the PWM radiator with a hairdryer, otherwise it freezes and you lose 200-300MHz (I think that's why "straight away" runs are always the best with this board)
