If 8x/4x card fits in 2x slot it will work, because it's designed to be universal. From my agp cards: FX5900Ultra and Radeon 9800Pro should work, 9550, 3850 and X1950GT - not. But I don't have K6 platform.

Yep, but is it so important to make that difference in overall score (e.g. Mr. Scott's result)? All my tests are higher, except this one and the Web Page rendering, probably due to IE version. I'm just messing around with pcmark atm, but it's kinda interesting why my score fails.

hmm, it seems you made it work on 2 cores for 3rd multi-thread test.

Maybe the correct term is Fusion instead of Vision? Or did you mean "anything different than desktop/server"? Btw, description (author comment) for submission is not shown, just tested with a new one for the competition.

Finally finished all the tests. This was meant to be only a quick test run to verify the rig is still working. Beware the mighty passive 8500GT!

Arrgh, I keep getting "Initialization failed, test skipped" on DivX Video Compression test. I had to install WMP + WMEncoder, IE and DivX on my bare XP, but the divx test keeps failing. Tried various divx codecs without any success.

I knew it! While wondering what would be the next challenge I came into conclusion that it would be good if it is AMD only. Feel kinda sad that the benchmark is PCMark, but I'm in. Massman, could you post the current top 10 in each category if it's not much time consuming for you? Otherwise I could browse the results on the cpu compare page.

And why my team doesn't have any points (XTREME OC Team Bulgaria)? My teammate GunGod posted a score in 1st stage, the result clearly shows it's uploaded on May 31st, the score takes 6 points, but not counted in general? The ranking should be recalculated, there could be other points not taken into consideration.

Despite this it remained unbeaten . Hope you're feeling well already. I was actually suprised that noone got over my result.

There's some problem displaying my personal page. It's been truncated before the second 'dot', however it's shown correctly in the addressbar. I guess some problem with query to database. Same reason implies for my hardware library. Details: No user found by name 'i.nfrar'!

Nice competition, but unlucky for me, I didn't even submit a score for my favorite platform - s.462 2 s.462 dead boards, I dead FX55, one resurrected DFI Ultra-D, one exploded PSU Corsair HX850.

Sorry, but I can't find a photo with the gtx285. This result is from last week. After my DFI Ultra-D and FX55 died I tried to beat this score with CPUs on dice (fixed the board), but none of them is with 1MB L2 cache, so even@3400MHz it was well behind. Too bad the FX55 died, it could complete it at 3300 - 3400. The Opteron is super-coldbugged. Besides that I killed 2 Abit NF7-S with vdd mod, didn't understand what went wrong both times, so no s.A score from me. HD385o didn't cooperate as well.

Resurrected the board and it's working now, but the FX is dead, unfortunately. Nevermind, you should be scared now

Game is over for me...my Corsair HX850 exploded and took the board with it, probably one good FX-55 is dead as well Don't know what is the reason, but I was not using a surge protector on this setup.
