Are you kidding me? Go for 300.

Lippokratis - DDR SDRAM @ 285MHz - 285.33 MHz Memory Clock
I.nfraR.ed replied to Mr.Scott's topic in Result Discussions
No, I don't have a backup yet, but will try to go higher, 300 would look good Kinda sorry that I can't play your little competition here, fighting for the next 0.5MHz. And all my 256MB modules don't even boot. -
Christian Ney - DDR2 SDRAM @ 260.4MHz - 260.4 MHz Memory Clock
I.nfraR.ed replied to splmann's topic in Result Discussions
Only 260MHz? Is that the max with 3.2V? I don't get how you will reach 300+ if that's the max with the given voltage, as mine are memtest stable in dual channel with same voltage at ~268MHz 2-2-2-5 1T And I'm not able to pass 300MHz on air. Looking forward to prove me wrong -

10MHz to go -
trans am - DDR3 SDRAM @ 1112.4MHz - 1112.4 MHz Memory Clock
I.nfraR.ed replied to trans am's topic in Result Discussions
Nah, beer actually helps. Drink more beer and results will go up 1112.4MHz = not enough beers -
Ok, the same mem ratio/uncore freq quirk. I'm not an intel guy, but it seems incorrect. I'm assuming this from the fact that uncore should be at least 1.5x times memclk, so minimum uncore on this screen should be 1343*2*1.5 = 4029MHz. One of these is incorrectly detected - mem divider or uncore frequency, most likely the first one, 'cause you're running stock cooler. Correct me if I'm wrong. It looks more like 2:12 divider to me. 3189/1.5/2 = 1063 or exactly 1:6 (2:12 divider) with the bclk. What's the vdimm you're using?

Can you just disable uploading of DDR3 results in stage 2 and add it to the limitation rules? -

I.nfraR.ed replied to PizzaMan's topic in HWBOT Competitions
Yes, completely agree . Well, someone could participate with DDR2@CL6, so they should be allowed. CL2 - DDR CL4 - DDR2 CL6 - DDR2 & DDR3 CL8, CL10 - DDR3 PS: Moving results here, 'cause I have a feeling Massman will delete DDR3 submissions soon -

Guys from HWBOT staff, could you take a look at my score and the comments, please. Definitely it's not CL4, but it's the same for other boards, we can't tell all of them. You should take a decision about this stage. There might be problems with detection in other stages as well. -
Ok, here's the real deal. It seems that the board sets it to CL8 or CL7 at best. Can't boot at 5-8-8-24 on same settings. Results speak for themselves. There are other possible variants, but I lost enough time to test these 5. Don't mind Everest scores, we all know they are not consistent between runs, so it's there only to display detected timings. This stage could be complete fiasco, because you can't test virtually every board with every possible bios version.

Yes, they do. I was also curious and ran some tests. Unfortunately PI32M at CL4 screenshot got corrupted, so I need to rerun it. Expect some more results later. First of all, here's my 24/7 config: 1090T@4270 1.45V, NB@3232 2x2GB GTX2 @ 1845 6-6-6-18-11 1T 1.69V What I did for the tests: - Left only 2 active cores - adjust timings, because I don't want to torture my ram and CPU with voltage..for nothing The test order was the same for both cases (CL4 and CL6) - open and run everest, open cpu tweaker, open 3xcpuz, open superpi, set affinity to 2nd core and run 1M, no wazza or other tweaks involved, no other settings touched, except CL. PS: Removed screens with 1M, they are irrelevant, see next post for 32M.

Thеse are the words we were waiting for...now go to the stores PS: Didn't realize it's only for MSI board owners. Good luck! -

G620 is Pentium, G540 is Celeron. The second one should be allowed? -
lkozarov - DDR3 SDRAM @ 989.6MHz - 989.6 MHz Memory Clock

I guess it's enough for the clocks. How much is enough? - Depends -
ARandomOWl - DDR3 SDRAM @ 924.5MHz - 924.5 MHz Memory Clock

Well, DDR3 will handle CL4, CL6, CL8 and CL10 stages, DDR2 - CL2 stage. DDR is out of the game, I suppose. -

Fixed. It was because of the https. http://i.imgur.com/CAhfG.jpg Only TSdiesel solved it. I think I've tried Catalyst 10.5 as well, but no luck. -

Forgot to upload my AGP score, but it doesn't worth it. Couldn't solve weird behavior. Somehow managed to get "non-zero" minimum FPS, but couldn't solve other weird behavior with every driver I tried. Card not damaged, runs perfectly other benchies. http://i.imgur.com/CAhfG.jpg Here's a video of what happened every time: -

Not sure if I do everything correctly, cause I'm an AMD guy, but here are all 3 I've tested so far: 2600K - L115B966 - #0136 - 51x - 5155MHz hard wall 2600K - L106B188 - # - 51x - can't remember serial number, already sold 2500K - L129B673 - #1532 - 53x - 5340MHz 2 cores -

Yep, same ovservation here, but I've tested only 3 CPUs so far. Two 2600K max 51x and one 2500K max 53x, but hardwalled at 5311.
