This solution is the best... you have +700mV in ABX with that BIOS
I have tested all bioses and I couldn't find any which works 1.62v+, all stop, regardless hardmod. I tested it on retail cards and on MOA sample. All LN2 bioses have +700 slider but it will work only up to 1.62v on multimeter
Do you use MOA sample card or other? Please tell me which ABX and which bios exactly you are using

I am on the 27th and out on the 7th.
MSI fixed vgpu issue

Check your emails, we will have more voltage on finals! Bad news - for me it's a kind of a joke because from what I see we will not be able to do such results at home...

Ok hardmodded my card, now can boot the 1300 BIOS successfully at 1.4v on HSF. Boot 1500 BIOS still needing LN2 about -10C though.
And the max voltage from Afterburner now stuck +212mV (approx 1.62/1.63 V idle voltage), does anybody got the same limitation?
Yeah, I sent issue to MSI HQ, hope they will find fix soon.

Card boots fine
Use hotair (for 1-2 minutes) and move resistor (simply touch it) with hot soldering gun, it will desolder (move) it, you will not destroy solder pads. It's my method - the easiest and the most safe for me.

NVP5395 bunny... so we are waiting for Hawk
Nice pics, you had really great fun
and honest final words, I like it.
BTW
I remember Gigabyte sending those 275 SOC modded by "factory" to overclockers lol

Hope you will only leave 5400+ lol

is this the same card that died? what was wrong?
It's a new private one, dead is dead
Any idea about voltage problem?

Brazilian soap opera lol
Congrats Vince

could be interesting if you explain how you realize to clock the memory on that bios ....
Just enable P0 state (on P0 bios lol) via NVPMM software and it unlocks memory OC

the new bioses will red screen because of the P states. The reason the old bios was red-screen-free cause it only had P0 state. But that wasnt cool for memory clocking it seems.
So you need to learn what your safe boot temp is for your card. then use that tool to lock P0 state and clock from there.
I found the way to clock memories on P0 state bios and the card is the most stable on this one. But I have problems with limited voltage - 1.62v is too low for me
We are serious, aren't we?

Who knows how can I get more than 1.62v on gpu? I did hardmod but still ABX only let up to 1.62v...

Fgured out my mem issue
$5usd for each person that wants answer
secret answer - change mobo to Asus/Asrock/Gigabyte or change memories? lol

I had the same problems with vcore mod...
-
anyone tested these new bios's and whats with the new mod for vcore adjustment ?? I havent had any issues with vcore ?
I did vgpu hardmod, on stock ln2 bios it gives you 1.57v, on new 1300 and 1500 bioses - 1.35v.
I thought it will help for red screens but it didn't.
