I saw in your other submision pci-e 1.1 x16....i had same issues with 2 cpu...the pci controller inside the cpu is degraded...this means low performance especially Nature ,respectively in other benchmarks what use vga brute force check on air cooling the pci-e speed with more that one vga ..when the issue persist= cpu rma

yep , Hynix is better than Q , and Samsung the best:) , G92 is complicated benching ...have no bios support , cold slow , cbb , cb ...is difficult ...and the good vga under ln2 is very rare, this vga on air cand do 950/1250... for you vga y need reverse ram vmod , the default voltage is ~2.00v , qimonda scalling with 1,850 or 1,9-1,950v, must droop down the voltage

this vga can 1250+ ram on air cooling , but on LN2 it is crappy ram ...the gpu can over 1100 mhz 1,55 and -80 , but the ram have a strange behavior with cold.. ram is Hynix FP1
