I am glad you delete my Celeron's 420 SuperPi 1M score (i can't even find the link) because someone reported as not real at 3368MHz. If i manage to do it means it's real or you call me a cheater. Seems some have pope's infallibility,if they can't do it nobady does. I will be back soon... stealth

I don't know if you can take it up to 300 X 15=4.5GHz, it's up to what your CPU can do. Disable all "Spread Spectrums" in bios and lock the PCI buss,also make sure your ram is not the bottle neck for your system by setting a lower divider and i think you will be able to go a lot higher than you are now. stealth

Anything over 60°C is not good for 24/7. Try to put a few fans in the system to improve ventilation or lower the CPU frequency and the voltage. stealth

You need an image of CPU-Z on cpu tab and a verification link from x86-secret.com. Go in to the about tab on CPU-Z and save the validation file then press the validation web page below and submit your score,use your hwbot user name and paste the link they give you in the appropriate place when you submit your score in here. stealth

This has nothing to do with team spirit. To keep benching old HW i have to buy it,instead i can save the money and when i be able i will buy something that can be competitive. What strange did you see on this? stealth

I haven't bench an old-school HW,i bought every single CPU from the 25+ i have,every mobo and every graphics card and i don't run them at stock as you can see in my profile. I have all of them and i can bench them again any time i want (except two CPUs i fried). Nobady gave anything to me and nobady did a favor to me. As i said i don't ask for anything,i will reach 300 points and then i am not going to bench again old HW. When i be able to buy competitive hardware i will bench again. stealth

Let's put it this way. Do you think that running on LN2 a hand picked CPU a cherry picked Vmoded mobo and hand picked Vmoded graphics without have to worry if you burn the CPU and the VGAs makes you a better overclocker/bencher? This is like punishing people that they don't have money to spend for high end systems. To get global points you need very good system and very good cooling,also you need to chase technology and these cost a lot of money. So good overclockers/benchers if they don't have the money never will be able to get high in the ranking,it doesn't sounds fair to me. Is this an advantage (promotion) for rich people? stealth

Coming in to a place with 11000 overclockers you may say "WOW this is the place to learn how to overclock". Unfortunately this is not true,probably no one in here will have the time to help you. Go in to a technical forum (like xtremesystems,ocforums e.t.c.)or any forum you like,put down your system specks place your questions there and you will find a lot of help. Also there are a lot of guides in these forums to help you overclock. My opinion...first find out what FSB your mobo can do (not for any other reason but get used to Bios settings and feel comfortable when you change settings),then find out what your CPU can do and at last what your Ram can do. On what system,the system i was using at that time was a socket 478 and it will not allow me to publish PCMark05 results if i set the CPU clocks with SetFSB or any other tweak tool. stealth Edit:I don't have a problem to publish 3DMark scores and i can push the system as far i can with SetFSB and publish it,the problem only exists in PCMark05.

I don't know if this is a problem between ORB and mipmap,you are more experience than me in 3D benches so you probably right but i can tell you what happen to me with the ORB. I was runing PCMark05 basic edition and the ORB didn't want to let me publish the results and get a compare link to post in here. I posted the problem in Futuremark forums but nobady knew what was the problem. A guy in there ask me if the system is overvlocked and said that may the problem is that the system is overclocked far out of specks. I said what is the point running PCMark on a non overclock it system and there is finished. But this make me think that the problem was between the ORB and the overclock so i run a PCMark at stock speeds and the ORB allow me to publish it. For a few days i was runing PCMark at stock speeds but the scores i was getting were...:p The problem was between the CPU overclock and the ORB and the solution i found was that actually you have to set the overclock in Bios and boot in to windows,then the ORB will allow you to publish your score. If you set the CPU clock even one(1)Mhz higher or lower,from the speed you set in Bios,with SetFSB or any other tweaking tool then the ORB won't allow you to publish the result. All fixed i post them in the other thread,i will try to run them again slowly so all to have a correct screenshot but it will take some time,specially for the GMA 865 i have to rebuild the system. I am confuse now,i don't know from which day the new rules start count. Thanks a lot. stealth
