  1. The reason I got into proper competitive OC in the first place was OCWC 2020, which got cancelled during the first international wave of COVID. After three years, finally I can prepare for this competition again. I'm so excited!
  2. 1.35v set, -25% droop. Really wish Dark boards would read VCore in CPU_Z instead of VID. Still same memory/IMC voltages as set in the built-in 7800 A-Die profile, just with manually tuned timings. Daily OS.
  3. Is R9 290X the correct category for this score? This is an R9 295X2 plus an R9 290X. I see that you are not the only person to do this, so I assume this has already been established as fine.
  4. Thank you very much for your work! When I return to CML OC, I will try this bios after removing ucode. I haven't heard of much DR testing for 1t but I can try it. I'm looking forward to trying SR. It will be a while before I get around to it, though. By chance, can you explain what you changed to the memory algorithms? I'm curious what was modded and if it could affect performance.
  5. Yeah, bought it brand new from ShopBLT when I bought a Z490 Dark KP. Surprisingly good IMC on that chip, also could do 4933+ 2t.
  6. oh yeah btw this was sold to @KaRtA for asking
  7. I'm curious about Gear 1. Is 4000-4133 possible without chiller or winter ambient?
  8. bump, this may also evolve into a larger sale thread edit: nah I'll use a diff thread l8r
  9. I ran this set daily for about a year but I honestly don't remember what settings I used, I think something like 4533-4666mhz 17-17-17-34 360 1t at some voltage. I know I ran it daily on X570 too but I have no memory of what settings I used.
  10. Solid set, needed around 1.98v for the included screen. Will note, does RTLs a full step tighter than any other I've bought in the past, another example being 4133 12-11 1t with 48/49/6/6 RTLs instead of 49/50. Also, this and a Galax 4800 set were the only sticks that could do 4800c14 1t on Comet Lake out of a dozen or so pairs I benched. I've done 5100+ 15-13-13 1t with Rocket Lake, not even maxed out, so tRCD limit is good too. Testing was done at ~25°C, tower air cooler on the CPU and no fan on the memory. Selling because I have another similar set now, figure there's no point in keeping a near-identical backup when B-Die is almost indestructible. If I kept them for anything, it would be to run in X299 with the other kit, but I don't see myself messing with that platform anytime soon. I'd love to see someone try this set on a Z170X-SOC Force LN2, to see if the tighter RTL properties of this kit and that board stack. Asking $200 shipped in the US with PayPal/Venmo. Willing to ship outside the US if needed. Also, willing to entertain offers/trades if you have anything interesting. I've mostly been focused on DDR3 OC as of recently, but I'm not done with DDR4 yet.
  11. @Splave Chance you have any special greenstick M-Die?
  12. you two can say my name, won't hurt my feelings :troll:
  13. PM'd I'm sure like 50 other people have as well lmao
  14. Noteworthy necrobump: tRP-mid BBSE does exist, and so do tRP-mid IMCs. Could be the result of either.
  15. Not exactly wrong, but it's about confirming and quantifying things from older threads and results. A lot of things were just mentioned flatly and not explained in detail as to why they're important, so testing should be done for research purposes, even if it is a pain in the rear.
  16. Needs to be able to handle SP32M waza with 5g core and cache with 1.5v or less on air/aio and needs to have an IMC capable of 4133 12-11. Doesn't have to be lovo or good for cold, though.
