Did you switched to LN2 BIOS ? http://www.guru3d.com/miraserver/images/2011/gtx580-lightning/IMG_4122.jpg I didn't have lightning X version , but it should be same as 1.5GB. First double switch from right should boost vGPU and vMem 0.1 Volt, try them. Did you measure voltage with multimeter under gpu load ? Turn all switches On but don't stay on full load for long time. Southerner switch (near PCI-E slot) is for cold-bug , I don't think that should be necessary to be On.
