I have no problem believing you since a lot of scores will be done with 4c 8t CPUs at stock. Lets not get started on PCMark though or people will be asking to ban that again too

I completely agree, if we can't even run stock settings then this bench needs to go completely until it's fixed. How are the newbies ever meant to do well here if they can't even run a bench on stock settings without it being a bugged run

How could he have used the incorrect thread settings if he has used the stock settings? So are we saying that stock runs are also bugged now? If so that's pretty damn stupid.

Basically this is the reason that I gave up on Haswell Waiting to see what Broadwell offers but not expecting much Maybe Haswell-E will be different?

Just something to consider changing or just editing or whatever. The current % overclock records are recorded as a percentage of the stock clock whereas the submissions are all calculated as a percentage over stock clock. Just something I thought I'd point out for consistency

Was just browsing some results on the front page of the bot when I noticed some ram CPU-Z results getting some rather large point hauls, click on it to find that global points have been added for ram OC now? Just sort of a question as to why exactly since it seems pointless to me since the newest ram tech will always yield the highest overclocks so enabling globals doesn't really seem to make sense to me. Or maybe that's just me but interested to hear what other people say.

So I remember reading a lot about there being TCCD issues on the Expert boards back in the day but was a little too young to take it all in (only 12-13 at the time ) Anyway my question is, was this ever fixed, i.e. was there a solution to get the TCCD sticks performing like they should? I kind of agree that if a wrapper is being developed then all current scores should just be disabled and we start again with the benchmark. Sure there will be a lot of unhappy people but it is impossible to get a solution to suit everyone because most people will have a different idea on what needs to be done to resolve the matter. Surely the amount of work and effort that will have to go into getting every single submission checked and validated would simply be impossible with the amount of current submissions and more people adding submissions every day. That's the main reason why I personally think getting rid of what we have and adding a wrapper is the only way forward
