Last year we had some similar bugs with Turbo V on Z390 Apex xi and Elmor stepped in and helped me a lot , he could replicate that bug , hence a new Asus Turbo V app. was released with bug fixes. Any ideas ?

it shoots an issue after driver installation (and restart) if u dont have digital signature off.
Still needs to be tested but what might work is to disable secure boot in bios so you can disable dig signature in OS.
Might find to try this out tonight.

Did you try the AHCI drivers from the main post?
Think it might work fine. If not I will look into this later this week.

As for USB 3.0 on Z490 I need to spend time to see if I can find an alternative as I didnt bother for the last couple of weeks.

For usb (for the time being) u can install the ones from the original post but you got to hit F8 during boot and enter without digital signature else USBs wont work.

Seems to be a cold chip overall and scales nicely with volts.

most of the time vaseline on the fuses makes them go yolo which triggers usb ocp.
Common case which requires either bios that has ocp disabled or soldering the fuses to bypass them (shorting them)

New 0055 bios allows 2+v vdimm without ln2 mode + noucode version:

update to the 4 cpus I posted about above.
1x 90 SP doing 5.3 GHz R15 with 1.288v Load on water = 6750 R15 
1x 83 SP doing 5.3 GHz R15 with 1.296v load on water = 6700-6750 R15
both scaled to 1.7~ v on load but didn't bother much
1x 77 SP and one 63 SP failed 5.3 with 1.35v and didn't test on ln2. 63 SP one had the worst IMC by far as well.
