no need to "force" aquamark here. it always renders all fps. you have to use a vga which is capable of getting less than 1000 points, or you won't get the achivement. the aquamark wrapper doesn't work on OS under winxp afaik.

i think you should contact genieben on this one, since he's the creator of the wrapper.
