it would not need all the extras i think just a ranking on its own would do with some real points just like the other cards if you started a new small database and just linked it to the front page

boys you seem a little grummpy tonight its 4 months since my last attempt at getting you to see the light and support the single GPU bencher maybe i will get my mother to bake you both a cake each

i have a question i understand that there are problems with separating out the multi GPU cards from the single GPU cards in the current database but how difficult would it be to start a new database form scratch just for single GPU cards that would give full global points to the benchers

i am a member here the same as you and as such it is my business who moderates @ the hwbot so lets be clear if you hold a position of power here and can make decisions that could affect the future direction of hwbot it is very much my business that said i have no interest in revisiting past arguments over your status SF3D good luck with the future baz

if you are unable to make rules that make sense that is your problem massman if you allow the creation of sub teams then it is for every team to make there mind up whether or not to do so you have already allowed the creation of two sub teams now you must make up your mind if this was the right decision and either continue with sub teams or with draw them it is as simple as that dissolve the two or stand by and see the creation of many new ones

as i get quite a bit of hardware sent to me from manufactures and don't have time to bench it it makes sence for me to to merge with others with very few points that have the time to work on the hardware and get points that i don't have time to go get also it will give more coverage to the sponsor

jmke if it is OK to create sub teams i will go and talk with my team and give you a list of the guys who will form the new sub teams and you or massman can move the points and delete the old member names Can you answer me is it ok to do this yes or no?

we are only trying to get to the bottom of whats allowed and whats not jmke if the creation of sub teams is allowed and we can get more points and cheaper hardware we will do it

i would say its a money and points if 3 guys share hardware they save money also they have more time to bench as while one has the hardware and benches the others can be doing something else and when here runs out of time to bench he just sends the hardware to his team mate who then continues to bench so the hardware is being benched all the the time and scores will improve for us the creation of many smaller teams within our team would be very helpful some of our guys on tight budgets or only have time to bench once a month could form there own groups and share there hardware as you have outlined all under a new name

so i could still create smaller teams form within my team that say only have 100pt each and they would be able to share there hardware this would save them some money as sharing would be OK within the new groups

this is the point of the hole discussion single GPU cards cannot beat Hybrid card hec 2x single gpu cards cannot beat a hybrid and so should not be in the same group . this is at least a step in the right direction

yes you are wrong... weather you like it or not Hwbot has become the overclockers data base for world rankings you can no longer run it as if it was just a pet project in your back room it needs professional help to get all the required rankings in place the only reason you can put forward for why hwbot cannot be updated is that it would take to much work or we don't have the time if this is the case then maybe you should consider why you remain here if you can no long deal with the work load there are many here that would like the chance to serve the community and would have the time and energy required to complete the task
