If you've flashed an R9 290 with a 290x BIOS and unlocked CUs then you submit as an R9 290 and tick that box, if you want to add more information then leave a few lines in the comment box
When it comes to flashing an RX 470 to an RX 570 or 7970 to 280X that's a no go for me personally, not sure how others feel about it but there's nothing to be gained from a performance perspective and it just gives the impression that you are flashing the same card to submit in multiple benchmark rankings.-

This is how I've always approached it, I'll help those that are interested and want to learn but you can't force people to bench for months on end, I've seen plenty of people get really excited and go all out for like 3-4 weeks then lose interest, it's not for everyone but for those that want to learn there will always be people around that want to help

yet my initial problem still is "1BadMoJoe has chosen to disable all rankings for his/her submissions", when in fact I have not disabled Ranking Position and my submission scores within the Country Cup 2019 and the scores are not being counted.
This particular stage is configured to use the Graphics (GPU) score, the rules that are on the main page for the benchmark largely apply with that exception.
Because it's not a benchmark ranking like the full Skydiver test is there's no point structure for it.
Everything is working as it's supposed to
It's the same for everyone that submits in that stage.-

The only thing you're doing wrong is entering the total score when you should only be entering Graphics Score
For that submission it should be 46625 instead of 31668 -

You can try all auto and set only frequency and mem Voltage. Try 1.55 to 1.65 to start, sometime too much volt don't post with loose timing.
You can also try my profil, sometime too loose timing (especially with Bdie) don't post, but tight timing boot easily... strange but that's bdie ?
And of course you have Mem try it in BIOS and MSI profil... all worth to make a try
Mem Try It! worked for me
I tried with both micron Rev E and B Die and neither would post but the Try It! profiles up to 4800 seemed to work just fine, the 5000 one I might need to spend some time on, thanks again

Any tips for posting above the 4466 strap on ambient?
Haven't spend alot of time with it but 4466 will post from cold boot but above that gives a CPU error. -
