  5. The competition was announced on the 7th, but the first stage is only open on October 19. That should give you plenty of time to prepare. You can not submit before the start of the competition time. In UTC+8 - You can submit XTU results between 2PM and 4PM on October 19 2014 - You can submit HWBOT Prime results between 2PM and 4PM October 26 2014 - You can submit 3DMark05 results between 2PM and 4PM November 2 2014 - You can submit SuperPI 32M results between 2PM and 4PM November 9 2014 - You can submit Catzilla 720P results between 2PM and 4PM November 16 2014 In UTC - You can submit XTU results between 6AM and 8AM on October 19 2014 - You can submit HWBOT Prime results between 6AM and 8AM October 26 2014 - You can submit 3DMark05 results between 6AM and 8AM November 2 2014 - You can submit SuperPI 32M results between 6AM and 8AM November 9 2014 - You can submit Catzilla 720P results between 6AM and 8AM November 16 2014 You are allowed to slow down your system. But of course no speedhacking or stuff like that.
