BIOS was reset. You can see the message about CMOS reset and option F1 to boot in OS. CPU-Z video is legit. Sigh. It's not because others can do it and you not it's not legit ... check their system closer and you will see difference.

At 0:17 you can see that the Dashboard is not connected. Maybe the negative temperature help to clock higher ...

I mean: if we split up in "workstation" and "server", there are only two platforms that should be used for best score. Splitting up per platform gives more different setups.

What's the error?

Two part as in 'stage 1: server' and 'stage 2: workstation'? That'll just lead to winning with newest gear. I prefer 5-way stage, same benchmark and 5 different platforms you need to compete on. Just like this month's challenge. PCMark would be nice, but doesn't scale over 4 cores.
