How do you guys like the x265 benchmark for competitions ? Any major issues or all good ?
There are no rules for them at the moment, so I'm assuming that we can't use Win8. However, he was working on a fix I believe. Any bench with no rules in a comp is just asking for trouble in my opinion.
On a good note it seems to be popular and tweak-able!

X99 still kicking! Nice score!

Try setting proccesor voltage to override mode and @1.3V, cache voltage to override and @1.25V. The processor input voltage (VCCIN) needs to be 0.6V or more over the processor voltage. My i5 4670k is very average and can only do 4.5GHz at 1.375V (the volts is a bit high for daily).

No wazza or XP? That's a nice run if so.

Yeah, it stops scaling at 2.06V. Just need to tweak OS and wazza a bit more.

Some more PSC testing on the OCF (all air). DRAM=2.05V SA=+0.25 IOA/IOD=+0.2V

Is that with Wazza?

I would take your nice PSC so that I could test with 4 dimm on Haswell. But...

That is what happened for me, but this could be different.

The signatures update at 5am Central European (?) so I've always assumed it does it then. I switched teams and then back - the next day my points were updated.

Nice efficiency!

Whoo! On the scoreboard for 4670k and only 4.9GHz. Playing around with volts scaling and tertiaries now to improve.
-
I like this idea! Not sure about the Physics score stuff, but SuperPi 32M Efficiency with pts = win. When will you setup the Haswell one?
Also, 4GHz as well or no?

Um, you might want to check the CPU-Z link for the RAM speed: it is 1064. DDR is "double date rate" and the memory clock is 1/2 the double data rate, 2128/2=1064

That's a nice collection of mems! Unlucky with that run, but it's a good score still.

7min 23.375sec now with wazza: http://hwbot.org/submission/2979818

I had a Z97 Gaming 5 and it could do (some) PSC settings, but it required 0.15V+ than the OCF

It's nice to have the cold slow switch on the motherboard, I can just flick it after a few seconds and save my chip from being roasted by Prime95.

What a difference a good board and IMC make - good job on my old 24/7 mems, they are not as bad as you thought first
Yep, that MSI board is really crap for PSC, the CPU didn't change it still needs +0.4V on SA for 2800 CL9 on the Z97 OCF: http://hwbot.org/submission/2979113
