Hi
For sale some strong chips.
1: 12900KS - SP 98, Pcores 105, Ecores 86. X-chip but not the best LN2-chip. Ran 6.9 R20 P cores, but was also a bit weird on LN2 with some random crashes etc. Solid water chip though. - 600€
2: G7400. 6.5GHz chip but never ran it maxed out for myself. Only used in intel comp by me. Chip nr 2 from this: https://community.hwbot.org/topic/216835-g7400-ln2/#comment-619648 - 100€
3: G7400 bought from Luumi. He ran it 6.25-6.3GHz. I never even used it, bought it as a backup chip for the intel comp. - 75€

A special thanks to Alby also, even though he had such an easy job during this comp. Such a big competition but still no drama, no complaints and no accusations! ?

Awesome efficiency, congrats!

In general you are right, although I think emergence of ocable platforms that rival server like tr pro and w3175x makes wr pts actually about ocing and not borrowing clients cpu time. And for best results you still need ln2 which you won't run on borrowed system. Maybe wr pts are still bad idea for bot as a whole I just want to see people run ln2 and go hard on these big chips ?
Yes, I looked at the current WRs and indeed a few multithreaded 2Ds are actually overclocked systems. But maybe that is because no one has run those benchmarks on 112C intel platform? I would not mind the Threadrippers getting a few points, but overall I would rather see more points for cheaper benching than more points for ultra expensive setups.
Revamping the global points system completely to separate CPUs and GPUs by low/mid/high/ultra instead of by number of cores would fix so many things here on hwbot...

No WR points. Multi GPU 3D is irrelevant at this point (sadly). And 2D is just free points for best CPU in 32M, pifast and free points for the ones with access to server setups.

Also messing up the benchmate embedded screenshot and adding another one is ok?
Thx
I asked that question in private for stage 2 and the answer was no then, I would assume it still stands. Would have saved me a shitload of ln2 and time and a better score for 32M ?

Windows 10 was required in every stage, in the last stage there is nothing of it. Are all OS versions allowed now or not?
Otherwise, it causes confusion if this has been noted in all other stages and not now.In general rules it says win 10 only. Goes for all stages.

Thanks! I didn't try RS1, only TH1 that I used for Corsair. 21H2 was a fair bit faster, but varies more as you have to use some kind of waza to make it fast. Didn't have to use waza on older win10.
Btw Allen, your OS seems very fast as well.

Awesome score from you too, very efficient. Unbelievably close in the end!

@Leeghoofd is latest 10.10 version of Benchmate allowed for 32M or G7400? It was just released...

Good job! Nice to see some 01 action!

6.5 with dice, not bad!

Interesting stage 2, I like it. But just to be clear, does it need hwinfo even though it is benchmate? And what's the point of cpu-z validation, I don't see it adding any security?

Sorry, hw monitoring disabled or non functioning.

I vote for removing globals for any multi-GPU categories that do not scale with GPU-power. It's just artificial points.
Would we keep a CPU benchmark that only scales with GPU? We already have enough points for the highest clocking CPUs...

Any news on the stages and hw limits? This is a busy time of the year so need time to prepare!

Intel opencl versions and performance in GPUPI 3.2
in HWBOT Software and Apps

There are also different versions of the installer for open cl 2.1. one works fine and one gives error after loop 4. So make sure to use the one named 18.1, like example above. If it's named 2.1 it won't work, even though it should be the same version.
