funny it even differs by 1mb with the same backround - bad image compression / not efficient...

why is the size of the save files so different? got files anywhere from 250kb to 3mb I mean are you saving the last keylogs and everything (smallest files are from fresh install ) ? any chance you can limit / lower the size of the files?

with certain settings there is more difference...also if you have XTU to fine-adjust your base-clock - things will get more easy...don't want to tell more but there is way more "tweaking" involved in stage 2 to match the target score

search for a 1.5V battery and/or 9V block and look what your DMM shows... Mine broke a while ago and showed crazy high values as well...

Feel happy - due to the fact others submitted multiple scores at a time, mine took at least 38 or 39s...and I am having a pretty good connection here. This is why I say no to result-hammering - only one try per person (I mean next time we all do 30 scores 30 seconds upfront and all have the same time?)... Makes no sense to me that we try "hacking" for the 6:00:00 - else I have a script next time to do the job...

Wow can't believe it took 40 seconds for 496kb to be uploaded...so next time gonna hit submit at least 30 seconds earlier...wtf?! €: oh and btw - everybody should only have 1 shot...else everybody will upload 20 scores upfront to hope one hits the sweet spot (like we can see multiple submissions)....some details of this competition start buggin me...

Lol that escalated quickly...server sucked...submitted exactly 8:00:00 German Time Yeah I think submitting some seconds earlier (what actually suckes!) and beeing lucky exactly hitting the lag-spot will do the trick. I hit submit-button exactly 8:00:00 and well...hit a bucket of sh1t... Way of submitting sucks....specially if submission page is accessible before. Should only be available the moment it starts so that at least everybody has to enter values first...

actually when u are in 1st stage there is a submit button an brings u there... Actually I hope this is a bug because this way we will have everybody submitting within seconds after start...prolly even same submission times possible...

Hey folks, it's been a while I've benched stuff but after a break of almost 2 years I am now slowly coming back to my old passion for overclocking. Having wasted way too much money in the past the GTX 970 for just around 320 Euro looked like a good deal to check out about GPU performance these days. I compared to a lot special editions of the past like GTX 580, 7970 and new 780 Ti. Let's skip all this "cooler, specs, fancyness" and go directly to performance in games and benchmarks - these are my final charts up to now: When it comes to power consumption this card is like a camel you've just feeded - it doesn't need anything for a while ^^ Knowing that we can bypass the powerlimit very easy, is there some kind of Vmod we can try out? greetings to all SoF PS: full review and all images here (german only unfortunatly sorry)

Actually this is for convenience and the first thing you (should) do with mainboards always - The retention crap is like the "bosco's inconvenience" of all Sam & Max if you know what I mean... If one mfc could invent sth. new here - I would be so happy...

GTX 980 is really nice, and goes nuts in the right hands - awesome work!

I just remarked lol.... ~120 points in DX9 (still my fav) but no way it runs dx11...never got the point doing dx11 instead of 9 for the old cards... ...just to prove mfc's f*ck you up with drivers and support on cards like that??
