nothing changed in the top? i think otherwise. NR1 Wprime32m goes from 116points to 20points. i got 28th place with 40points and go to 10points, also on my profile

server hickup all day ? seems strange for a hickup, because server draws the points also from your total points of your profile. You see the screenshots i put there ? strange..........only Wprime32m affected on not other benchmarks this is the craziest thing i ever saw on hwbot lol. Maybe a server restart would help?

yes, when you can unlock you 4th core, submit your results in the phenom2 x3 catogorie cpu. banned is big word but, when you submit ones wrong, can happen, but when you do it all the time, you can get banned yes.
