Always wondered this as most the old stuff doesn't use the AVX instruction set, would only be necessary for things like XTU.

ok but,it scale more without sp1 or not?i want to use it for old 3dbench(am3 3d03....)

Try it for yourself and see

XP is better for higher clocks with Haswell, maybe more than 200 MHz than in win7

i can only tell ya that on win xp my 4670k bench at 5,3 1375volt and win7 64 no sp1 5,1 max with 1,385volt.

always bluscreen 0124 with win7.

xtalkcancellation volt on max extreme should be for this but i have gene+impact.

SP1 or not, same problem, low clock win7
