It seems quiet strange to have a min temp of 14°C unless you have around 5°C in your room. About 65f. Core temp gave the same reading. HWmonitor says it's the ambient case temp is 13c at cold boot. It all seems so wrong, but it was about the same with my last motherboard too. it has to do with the fact that the AMD FX cpu's can not read the real physical cpu temperature. more can be read about that here. http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=376926 Edited February 9, 2015 by Top_cop

ObscureParadox Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 it's the package temp that's most important under load. Socket temp is better for idle reading. I can't remember exactly why this was but I believe the temp reading are very inaccurate on the package when at low temps.
