I am very interested, but I have some questions.

I have never-ever seen a 4790K do 5.0ghz on 1.26 on air. No offense meant here.

One core, two cores, hyperthreading off ?

I would like to see a CineR15 run at 5.0ghz and voltage on air.

An XTU run at 5.0ghz on air is also interesting.

Also you say no warranty. Why ? Don't you have the Intel three year warranty ?

I need more info to decide to buy it.

there are "many" 4790k can do even below 1.25v 5ghz 32M, but most of them doesnt scale on cold. this is a great cpu im sure, and the seller is 100% correct we just had a business couple weeks ago, absolutely recommended!

Thank you for your kind words Achill3uS :)

George, no offense taken. Let's work through that.

32M was run 4c/4t in XP since Hyperthreading and Win7 are useless there.

5GHz R15, air: http://abload.de/image.php?img=cinebenchr151041cbrmypz.png

XTU gets brutally hot, 5GHz result @17C water: http://abload.de/image.php?img=xtu_1318m00xjv.png

Intel 3 year manufacturer warranty is available of course. There's no warranty fulfilled by me as I am not a shop but a private seller.

Thank you for the additional info.

My 4790K does CineR15 5.0ghz, at 1.42V on a simple Corsair H100i.

Not much difference there.

Thank you for the time you spent for me, but I will pass. GLWS,

George
