My main concern is about the screenshot used , which according to the benchmark rules , is not correct.

To me, I'd have to say no. In order to run on 8 and newer, you absolutely need the newest system info as far as I am aware. That is the rule.

 

I'm not a result moderator though. Someone will be along shortly who is.

Invalid, I don't care much it's 4.36, but no subtest scores in the screenshot are a no-no, even with an orb link.
