The 6700 i managed 6.22ghz cinebench R15 LOW VOLT in my first session then i cracked, so i can assure you 6.3ghz+ is possible if you use Asus and go fullpot past crack. Other brands i did not test

 

The 6400 i managed 6.58ghz pifast, but im sure 6.6ghz is possible at the very edge once you figure everything out.
