unfortunatly its my AIO thats hindering me. the little 360 predator cant handle the CPU overclock + memory overclock. im delided with TG conductonaut on the die and mx4 on the IHS.

What voltage were you pushing through the CPU? I thought those EK units were meant to be pretty good at handling the heat. :(

1.46v. it seems to be a combo of both the memory and CPU being overclocked. if i run my memory at defualt 3200Mhz, my CPU will only hit about 80c at the same voltage/overclock.

 

going to get a 560 rad and a reservoir so i have more water in the loop.
